I saw a fresh turkey in the store and wanted to bake it, because such meat is delicious both hot and cold for sandwiches. The processing seems to be the simplest, but the turkey drumstick baked in the oven tasted great! The drumstick chose a large one for 1 kg. I immediately washed it, lightly salted it and coated it with homemade spicy mustard, which I made myself using cucumber brine. I also tried to spread it under the skin. A day later, I coated the drumstick with a mixture of paprika, chicken spices and dried rosemary. Bake for exactly two hours at 200°C. I didn't remove the foil, and the turkey was perfectly browned without it. The meat turned out to be very soft, tender, and easily breaks down into fibers! Tasty, beautiful and smells delicious!

Thanks to the author! The drumstick turned out very tasty! I haven’t eaten anything like this, although it would seem that I have cooked poultry meat in a huge number of variations! The only pity is that very little edible comes out. It’s probably more rational to actually make a salad from 3 of these drumsticks. It's my opinion)
