Despite the vegetable cutter, which grates the potatoes in 5 minutes, it took a lot of time to make the chicken. In general, they fry even faster than potato pancakes, since they are small, the main thing you need to do is stick them on! 45 minutes, but what deliciousness!!! I liked these TSYBRiki even more than potato pancakes, although during the cooking process I already began to call them TSYBRiki, because you need to play with them. Go ahead and make peas like that!

P.S. Having placed the grated potatoes in a “fine-hole” colander, I turned them thoroughly and pressed them with a spoon, thus squeezing out the excess liquid. Since there was no need to add anything else, I left it in the colander while I made the balls so that the remaining juice did not accumulate at the bottom. So this method is also suitable.
