Trout soup
Nutritious and healthy salmon soup is the basis of a healthy lunch. We decided to pamper our family and baked trout fillet in the oven. But we still have our heads and spines. Trout is a noble fish and it’s a shame to throw away the leftovers. Is it possible to cook some kind of food from the heads? I answer - it is possible. There is a culinary recipe for soup called “Golden Ukha”. And for us, this is an opportunity to prepare a full two-course meal, which will take us only two fish. I note that trout soup is a very suitable recipe, worthy of including not only trout leftovers.

Yes, I read it, but, you see, trout have different sizes and different heads. I personally have seen trout on sale from about 200-300 grams to several kilos. And I really liked the idea of using trout entirely!
