This restaurant-quality dish is easy to make at home! Amazing trout in a fragrant cheese and cream sauce. According to this recipe, you can bake both a portioned fillet and a small, cheaper rainbow trout carcass, after cutting it into 2 parts along the ridge.

STEP 1
How to make trout in cream sauce? Prepare your ingredients.
STEP 2
Sauce. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
STEP 3
Mix cream, cheese and spices.
STEP 4
Pour in lemon juice and stir until smooth.
STEP 5
Cut the trout into portions and place in a baking dish. You can add a little salt if the cheese is unsalted.
STEP 6
Spread the cream sauce over the surface of the fish.
STEP 7
Bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C.

We love red fish in any form. For main course I cooked trout in cream sauce - and I want to say that it is so delicious! The fish turned out juicy, tender, aromatic due to spices and with a creamy taste! I didn't add salt, because... spices contain salt. Many thanks to Maria for the recipe for a delicious dish!
