STEP 1
How to make layered salad Tenderness with chicken, prunes, walnuts and cucumber? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this according to the list. Boil chicken fillet and eggs in advance and cool. Dip the chicken meat for the salad into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in lightly salted water. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool them in cold water. Rinse the fresh cucumber in running water to remove any dirt.
STEP 2
Pour boiling water over the prunes and let it stand for 5 minutes. Then drain the hot water and rinse the prunes again in cold water. Pat the prunes dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Cut the steamed prunes into small pieces. Chop the walnuts with a knife and fry in a dry frying pan for several minutes until a characteristic aroma appears. Then transfer them to a plate to prevent them from burning in the hot pan.
STEP 3
The salad can be laid out in layers in a common salad bowl or made in portions. Place finely chopped chicken fillet on the first layer of salad and press it down a little with a spoon. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with a small amount of mayonnaise. By the way, you can use not only fillet for the salad. You can boil any parts of the chicken, but after cooking, separate the meat from the bones.

Place a second layer of chopped prunes.

Cut the fresh cucumber into small cubes and place on the next layer of salad.
STEP 6
Then add a layer of toasted walnuts. They are very fragrant!
