I prepared vigorous mustard from powder according to this recipe. It is prepared as simply as possible and does not take very long. I mixed salt, sugar, mustard powder and poured boiling water over it, mixed well. It turned out quite thick (that’s what I wanted) and very vigorous! Can't compare to store bought! Then she slowly poured in the boiling water and also stirred with a whisk. It's comfortable! I took a larger bowl so that all the powder was combined with water. I used less liquid, I need to focus on the desired consistency. I put the mustard into small jars and left it in a warm cupboard overnight. Even when kneading the mustard, my tears flowed). And in its finished form it is super vigorous! My husband appreciated it!
