Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Let's make the dough. Mix sour cream and butter at room temperature with a mixer.
STEP 2

Then add flour with baking powder and knead until the dough is homogeneous and not sticky. Place the dough in the mold and distribute along the bottom and along the edges so that there are high sides.
STEP 3

Pour strawberries into the bottom.
STEP 4

Preparing the cream. Mix egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream and flour. Pour it all on top of the berries.
STEP 5

Place the pie in an oven preheated to 180-200 ºC for 50 minutes. Bon appetit!

Oh, yes, an excellent recipe, the pies turn out excellent, and you can cook according to your mood and the ripening time of a particular fruit or berry. It can be used with apricots and cherries, peaches and plums. With cherries, of course, you need to add a little more sugar, and the baking time may vary. But it turns out very tasty.

I am delighted! Guests too. I made the pie with both strawberries and black currants. Delicious. I only added 400 grams of berries. It was just right. It's done very quickly... I made it during a feast. But you won’t be full with just one piece, it’s so exciting. Now I'm calling guests again
