Sprat sprats
Economical, simple, delicious! Much better than store bought ones! It turns out that delicious, buttery, fall-apart, tender sprat sprats can be prepared at home on the stove. And with a minimum of ingredients and labor costs.
Ingredients
Servings: 5
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr 30 mins
STEP 1
Brew tea and cool it slightly.
STEP 2
Clean and wash the fish.
STEP 3
Place the fish in the pan in an even layer.
STEP 4
Pour tea over the fish and add a bouillon cube. You can dilute the cube in tea.
STEP 5
Add oil.
STEP 6
Cover with a lid, wait until it boils, turn on low heat and set aside for 1 hour. You want the moment when all the liquid from the pan has evaporated.
STEP 7
The sprats are ready. Let them cool and place them in a refrigerator container for storage.
