    Pour gelatin (0.5 cup) with cold water and leave for half an hour.

    Beat sour cream with sugar.

    Dissolve gelatin on a hotplate, but do not bring to a boil.

We have children's birthdays on Saturday and Sunday. I'm looking for recipes. The cake is just right for the heat. I did something similar, but forgot. I'll definitely make it for my birthday. And I’ll show you in the photo what I can do.

Here is my cake. It took 3 hours to prepare it, including two hours in the refrigerator. The children appreciated it and called it an ice cream cake.

I recently read somewhere that kiwi adds bitterness to sour cream. Is it so? Or does something need to be done to prevent it from becoming bitter?
