The results of using the first cookbook are already there: my husband walks away well-fed and happy!))))) For my next birthday, I will make a Summer Cake with soufflé, taken from your website. I’m slowly adding what I like to my recipe book. And for the table of calorie content for each recipe - a deep bow to you!))) As a wish: if only you could indicate the approximate time spent on preparing the dish)

We have children's birthdays on Saturday and Sunday. I'm looking for recipes. The cake is just right for the heat. I did something similar, but forgot. I'll definitely make it for my birthday. And I’ll show you in the photo what I can do.

Here is my cake. It took 3 hours to prepare it, including two hours in the refrigerator. The children appreciated it and called it an ice cream cake.

I recently read somewhere that kiwi adds bitterness to sour cream. Is it so? Or does something need to be done to prevent it from becoming bitter?

I vote FOR! I will definitely try to make this beauty!
