Sometimes I like to pamper my family with baked goods for breakfast. Since I get up early, this is not too difficult for me. To prepare the dough, I chose a recipe for soft, airy yeast dough for pies. To simplify the process of kneading the dough, I used a bread maker. I first poured milk into the bowl of the bread machine, then poured flour (600 g). Then added sugar and salt. I had active dry yeast (in balls), so first I diluted it in warm water, and only then added it to the rest of the ingredients. Last I poured in the vegetable oil. I set the bread maker to the “Dough” mode. As the bread maker kneaded the dough, I added flour (100 grams each). In total, I used 940 grams of flour. The dough turned out great! It is elastic, smooth, soft. Rolls out well and doesn't tear. This test is a pleasure to work with. The pies rose perfectly, baked perfectly and turned out soft. The dough for this recipe is perfect for pies with any filling, since it is neutral in taste (but not bland). Thank you so much for the wonderful recipe!
