Snowflake Cookies
Your family will fall in love with these soft and crumbly cookies! The cookies turn out very tender. It just melts in your mouth. Instead of condensed milk, berry jam or just thick jam is perfect. If you have time and a creative spirit, you can decorate the top of the cookies with sugar icing, it will turn out very elegant :)

Mix soft butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
STEP 3
Add a whole chicken egg and mix until smooth.
STEP 4
Sift the flour and add to the butter mixture.
STEP 5
Gather the resulting dough into a ball and place it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes (or better yet, 1-2 hours).
STEP 6
Roll out the chilled dough into a layer and cut out snowflakes or other figures with a mold.
STEP 7
Bake cookies at 180 C for about 15 minutes until lightly browned.
STEP 8
Let the cookies cool completely.

Grease half of the cookies with boiled condensed milk or jam.

and connect to the other halves.

Thank you very much, the cookies can be any shape: hearts, flowers, and if there are no special molds, then you can simply cut them out with a glass, it will turn out just as delicious! Only, if you also want to combine them in pairs, then I advise you to take jam or thick preserves with sourness :)

Delicious cookies. Made it in the shape of flowers and hearts. I combined the flowers with boiled condensed milk, and the hearts with wild berry jam. I liked both types. In order for it to stick together well, you need to leave it overnight (I cooked it late in the evening). Of course, it’s not as beautiful as in your photo, Irisha, but everyone liked it.
