STEP 1

To prepare the pancake, break one chicken egg into a bowl and add black pepper to taste.

Add a little mayonnaise to the bowl and mix all the ingredients well.

Place fifty grams of curd cheese on the prepared pancake and distribute it in an even layer, then spread the prepared mixture on top of one edge and carefully wrap it into a tight roll.
