Simple lemon pie

STEP 1

Beat two eggs into a comfortable deep bowl.
STEP 2

Add sugar to the eggs and lightly stir the mixture with a whisk. Then add sour cream and softened butter to the mixture.
STEP 3

Now mix the mixture more thoroughly, trying to get rid of oil lumps.
STEP 4

Wash the lemon and wipe dry. Remove the zest using a fine grater. Rub the lemon peel until only one white layer remains. Next, add the zest to the dough. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from half the lemon directly into the dough.
STEP 5

Add a teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl and add flour.
STEP 6

Knead the semi-liquid dough. Using a silicone spatula, pour the dough into the prepared pie pan and smooth it out.
STEP 7

Place the mold with the lemon dough in an oven preheated to 170 degrees and bake the pie for 30 minutes. Leave to cool. After complete cooling, you can remove it from the mold.
STEP 8

Serve lemon pie with tea or coffee, garnished with powdered sugar.
