Shrimp with ginger in soy sauce

STEP 1
From this recipe you will learn how to fry shrimp in soy sauce - and it is easy and simple to do, and also very quickly. First, prepare the products according to the list.

For cooking we need fresh shrimp. This, of course, is ideal, but if you couldn’t find fresh seafood, frozen ones will do. Clean the shrimp and rinse.
STEP 3
Peel the ginger root and chop it finely.
STEP 4
Grind the peeled garlic cloves in the same way as ginger.
STEP 5
Add chopped ginger and garlic to a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry for a couple of minutes while stirring.
STEP 6
Place the prepared shrimp here and fry until reddened, stirring occasionally.
STEP 7
Now add soy sauce. In order not to run into a fake, pay attention to the container - the sauce should be in a glass bottle. Simmer shrimp with sauce for 3 minutes.
STEP 8
