It turned out two pies in molds with a diameter of 21 cm. I did not keep the dough for decorating the pie in the freezer for an hour. An excellent shortbread pie with jam, which is easy and quick to prepare. The shortbread dough is delicious, and you can choose any filling. I made it with orange peel jam, chokeberry jam (basically, whatever kind of jam I used, that’s what I used), with fresh apples and cinnamon. You can add less sugar if the jam is very sweet.

That's all ready))) There was no jam, so we made it with plum jam. Cooking time 1 hour. It turned out two pies in molds with a diameter of 21 cm.
