Shortbread pie is an incredibly tasty delicacy in itself, but choose the filling to your liking. I really like the combination of apples and cinnamon, which, in my opinion, is the trump card in this recipe. As for the decoration, I don’t make petals on top, I rub the dough with a grater and it also turns out very beautiful. In fact, there can be a lot of variations, but such a delicious and beautiful pie - there is only one! Thanks for the recipe.
