Semolina cake without eggs

And without using eggs you can make a wonderful cupcake! Semolina cake is prepared using fresh milk. Baking powder in this recipe is very important; in order for the cake to be porous and light, it is simply necessary. The dough is not heavy, not dry and not wet. Raisins, dried or dried cranberries or cherries are very successful in this cupcake.

This recipe made such a nice cake with semolina without eggs. Only I didn’t have any raisins, but I did add some freshly squeezed orange juice to the dough. The products are all ordinary, easy and simple to prepare. I didn’t wait an hour; I decided that 30 minutes would be enough for the semolina to swell. The structure turned out to be very delicate, airy, soft. Next time I’ll try it, on the author’s advice, with cherries. I really liked the recipe.

The recipe for this manna has been in my bookmarks for a long time, just in case I need something for tea but don’t have eggs. I had already baked a pie using this recipe and knew that it would definitely work out. I did everything according to the instructions, but did not add raisins. At the last moment I decided to add three drops of gel-based dye. This is to hide the presence of semolina (my son doesn’t like it). Baked in a round pan. I pre-greased the bottom with butter and placed a couple of strips of parchment crosswise so that the cake could be easily removed from the mold. I baked it until it was dry, without looking at the time. After cooling on a wire rack, I decided to make a cake out of it. Yes, it was a day of unexpected decisions))) The cupcake turned out fluffy and smooth. Why not cut it into cakes? Even though the cake was very fresh, it cut well and evenly. The inside turned out to be porous, juicy, soft. Very nice consistency! By the way, my son didn’t notice the semolina in this form) I recommend the recipe, an excellent cupcake with semolina without eggs! I also had thoughts of pouring chocolate or lemon glaze on top, it would also turn out great.

The other day I made this wonderful cupcake. I wanted to cook something quickly, but there were no eggs.. I quickly found a previously saved recipe in KK. What can I say? The cake turned out to be very tasty, crumbly, and you can’t tell that the composition of the ingredients is very simple. Considering that there are no eggs or butter, the recipe is simply excellent!!! Delicious, fast and simple. I also added vanilla sugar. Next time I'll add more raisins. MariaS, thanks for the recipe. I am attaching my photo report)))
