STEP 1

Make the dough. Mix warm water with yeast, salt, sugar. Add 2 yolks or 1 egg. Vegetable oil. And add flour in parts. Let's knead the dough. I put it in the multicooker bowl and turn on the Multicooker for 30 minutes. 35 degrees.
STEP 2

We knead the dough again. Divide into 10 parts. We roll the buns. We will leave one bun for the ears and heels.
STEP 4

Roll out and cut out nickels with a glass. Cut the ears with a knife.
STEP 5

Let's prepare the sausages. You need to take thick ones. And the skin needs to be removed.
STEP 6

Roll out the bun into a flat cake and place the sausage in the middle.
STEP 7

We insert the ears under the top edge. Coat the bun with yolk and glue on the patch and eyes. It is better to glue the patch using a toothpick. That is, pierce it. Then afterwards you simply remove it. Otherwise they may come off.
STEP 8

I also had cutlets. I did the same with the cutlets, but cut them in half. Therefore, you can also experiment with the filling.
STEP 9

Place the buns on a sheet. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. The finished buns can be immediately greased with milk or water, they will then be soft for a long time. Bon appetit.
