    Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly and cut off the ends. If the skin is bitter or very tough, cut off the skin too. Gently grate the cucumbers on a fine grater. Add chopped cucumbers to the bowl with mayonnaise.

I have never tried this sauce before) I was wondering what it tasted like. Having all the ingredients, I went to prepare the sauce with mayonnaise and fresh cucumbers. I used homemade mayonnaise on homemade eggs. I added freshly ground pepper as recommended by the author. I added a little more garlic, I love it. I chopped the dill and grated the cucumbers on a medium grater. I did not remove the skin from the cucumbers, since they are still young. I mixed everything and voila! It took me about 7 minutes. Super fast! The result was a delicate and light sauce with cucumbers, very tasty and aromatic! Great combination of ingredients. We dipped chips in this sauce) it’s mega tasty! Good sauce recipe!
