    Fry the loaf in a dry frying pan

    Prepare the pate: beat the sprats, mayonnaise, garlic and finely grated cheese in a blender. In general, the number of ingredients is at your discretion. If you like it spicier, add more garlic and vice versa. Same with mayonnaise.

    We collect our sandwiches. Spread the pate liberally. Place tomato slices on top. Unfortunately, I ran out of greens (we also put a sprig of parsley or dill on top. Bon appetit!
