Simple, elegant, very tasty! Decoration of the festive table. Crab salad with pineapple is one of my favorite holiday salads. Can be cooked with crab sticks or crab meat, shrimp. It is better to squeeze the pineapples lightly so that excess juice does not accumulate at the bottom of the salad bowl.

    Drain liquid from canned pineapples. If the pineapples are in half rings, cut into small pieces. My pineapples were already cut into pieces. Some large pieces were cut in half.

I found an interesting recipe on the site for a salad with crab sticks, pineapple and cheese and decided to make it. A minimum of products, cheese, pineapples and crab sticks are ideally combined. I reduced the indicated amount of ingredients in the recipe by 4 times, since I only needed one serving of salad, for myself. I had pineapples in rings, I cut them into pieces, boiled the eggs, chopped them finely, grated the cheese on a coarse grater, instead of crab sticks I used crab meat, for some reason I like it better, I also chopped it finely. I whipped homemade mayonnaise with a blender, it is much tastier than store-bought mayonnaise, mixed all the ingredients in a bowl and seasoned with mayonnaise, added a pinch of salt, sprinkled with green onions. It turned out to be a great light salad.
