STEP 1

How to make a salad with chicken, tomatoes and cheese? We will need: chicken fillet, tomato, sesame seeds, lettuce, vegetable oil, soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, mozzarella, salt.
STEP 2

Wash the fillet, dry it well and beat it lightly.
STEP 3

Salt, pour soy sauce, leave the fillet to marinate for 20-25 minutes. Salt the fillet just a little, as soy sauce is also salty.
STEP 4

Roll the marinated fillet into a tight roll and sprinkle with sesame seeds on all sides.
STEP 5

Using a sharp knife, cut the roll crosswise into pieces 5-7 mm thick.

Then flip and fry the other side until light golden brown. Some of the rolls turned out to be wide, so I cut them crosswise into two parts. Cool the finished rolls.
STEP 8

Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. Chop with your hands or a knife and place on a flat plate.
STEP 9

Wash the tomato, dry it, cut into medium slices and place on lettuce leaves.
STEP 10

Then add the chicken rolls.
STEP 11

Remove the mozzarella from the brine, dry it, and add to the salad.
STEP 12

For the dressing you will need: lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
STEP 13

Combine dressing ingredients and stir.
STEP 14

Lightly salt the salad, pour over the dressing and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
