I really liked this salad from the photo. I took the recipe for “salad with chicken, tomatoes and cheese” as a basis and prepared a light and satisfying dinner. On the dish itself I placed fresh parsley instead of lettuce. I used boiled chicken fillet to make the salad less high in calories. Greenhouse tomatoes cut into slices. I assembled the salad in layers on a platter. At the end I added cubes of tofu cheese instead of mozzarella balls. Sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. Sprinkled everything with soy sauce. Separately, I mixed odorless sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice for dressing. The finished salad was poured with dressing and served. Salad with chicken, tomatoes and cheese looks very beautiful, has a pleasant aroma and is appetizing. It was a wonderful dinner. The dressing is in perfect harmony with all products. The combination of chicken, tomato and cheese is excellent. It turned out incredibly delicious! Preparing the salad is very easy and quite quick.
