STEP 1

How to make a salad with beef and mushrooms? Prepare your ingredients. Boil the meat in advance and cool completely. Drain the liquid from the mushrooms, and place the mushrooms themselves in a sieve. You can also use fresh champignons instead of canned ones; you will need to fry them first. Wash the peppers and dry them.
STEP 2

How to cook beef? Pour 2.5 liters of clean cold water into the pan, add the beef, add bay leaves, allspice and salt. Let it simmer over low heat. After boiling, skim off the foam. Boil the meat until cooked, from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the size and quality of the piece.
STEP 3

Remove the meat from the broth and cool (you can use the broth to prepare other dishes). Cut into cubes.
STEP 4

To make the dressing, pass the garlic through a press and mix with mayonnaise.
STEP 5

Cut the bell pepper into strips.
STEP 6

Also cut the cucumbers into strips.
STEP 7

Place beef, mushrooms, cucumbers, and bell peppers in a salad bowl. Season the salad with mayonnaise.
