I liked the salad with beef and mushrooms. They can really replace a meal, which is what I did) I cooked the beef for the salad for about two hours, it was a bit tough. For aroma and taste, I added bay leaves, allspice and dill stems to the water. I cooked the meat in advance, so I made the salad very quickly. I wanted to cut all the products into cubes. I took homemade cucumbers, they are not too salty and not spicy. I took two sweet peppers: yellow and orange. The recipe involves replacing canned champignons with fried ones. I just had fresh mushrooms, which I fried in vegetable oil while chopping the vegetables. The salad was dressed with light mayonnaise mixed with garlic. Then I let it brew in the refrigerator. For dinner I ate a whole plate of salad) It is very filling due to the meat and mushrooms. And incredibly juicy! An interesting combination of pickles and sweet peppers. Prepare this wonderful salad, you won’t regret it!
