I really liked the cookies! Not at all sweet. I got something salty. I made it small, 2x2 cm, and rolled it out thinner. Rye flour gives an unusual taste. My son happily ate it just like that, without tea. I placed a basket of cookies near the computer and... my husband and I just had to try it. I asked him to bake it again tomorrow. And I’ve been thinking for a long time about where I should “place” rye flour. I don’t even remember why I bought it. And then I found such a good cookie recipe. Thank you, FIREFLY!!!

I love such simple and quick-to-prepare recipes, so I immediately decided to try it. True, it was necessary to add a little wheat flour, because... The dough turned out a bit liquid at first. Apparently, it depends on the amount of sour cream, because... tablespoons are different for everyone. The taste is unusual, I really liked it. You can experiment and add a little raisins or nuts. It seems like a completely simple cookie, without any frills, but like seeds, it just flies away, it’s impossible to stop. Very tasty with milk. I put half a teaspoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar into the dough. On Larisa's advice, I added raisins. Firefly, THANK YOU for the recipe!
