I had a piece of beef and decided to cook beef fry with gravy. Moreover, there is nothing complicated. The meat was cut into thin strips. Placed the meat in a heated frying pan and fried it in vegetable oil, added finely chopped onion. I added water, tomato paste, salt, pepper and simmered everything together until the meat was ready. Then I added flour diluted with water, stirred for another 5 minutes. The result was tender, tasty meat with an appetizing gravy. The recipe is excellent. Simple, even a schoolboy can do it. I also added carrots cut into strips 🥕 - they fit in there perfectly 👍 😋. If you have beef (not pork, etc.), then the ideal side dish is pasta.
