I made delicious rice with chicken in a frying pan for lunch, my husband was pleased. Moreover, preparing rice is quick and easy. I fried the chicken in vegetable oil for 5 minutes over medium heat, some pieces managed to brown during this time. Adding onions and carrots to the pan, fry everything together until the vegetables are soft. The aroma was wonderful! Then I put in the rice; at the very beginning of cooking, I poured water over it and let it sit. I added salt, poured hot water, put a small piece of dried hot red pepper instead of spices, covered the frying pan with a lid, and simmered the rice and meat for 20 minutes. It turned out great!
