    Sort through the raspberries, removing leaves, stems and debris. Don't wash the berries! If the raspberries are frozen, defrost them in advance, reserving any juice that flows out.

    Place the raspberries in an airtight container. Mash the berries with a fork or masher into a puree. Pour vinegar over the berries and mix thoroughly. Close the container and leave for 5 days in a dark place.

    Strain the raspberry vinegar through a very fine sieve or several layers of cheesecloth. Pour into bottles and store in a dark place. This vinegar is good for seasoning salads with seafood.

Thanks for the recipe. Interesting!!! And fragrant, for sure!! Why are the photos so small??????? I can not see anything....
