Sometimes I cook dishes from domestic rabbit and our site helps me a lot in choosing recipes. This time I made a rabbit stew with vegetables. I cooked in a large cauldron for convenience. I changed the roasting order a little. I decided to first fry the rabbit pieces with flour, and then added a lot of onion, cut into half rings. Fry until golden brown. Next I laid out the carrots, which I had frozen. I cut the potatoes into medium pieces, washed them and put them in a cauldron. I poured hot water so that it was just below the potatoes. I salted it all, added vegetable seasoning and bay leaves. I didn’t use sour cream because I was preparing a large amount. It is advisable to eat dishes with sour cream immediately. But I want to note that rabbit and vegetables stewed with sour cream turn out very tender and tasty! I simmered my dish for about 40 minutes, stirring it a couple of times. It turned out amazingly tasty and aromatic! The meat is soft and comes off the bones easily. The vegetables are tender, steamed, soaked in meat broth. I recommend!
