I baked a quick sour cream pie in the oven. Indeed, it is very quick to prepare; you can use a mixer at all stages of mixing (only the speed of rotation must be adjusted so that the dough does not sag too much). I baked it in a tin with a diameter of 22 cm, so my pie is flat. Very tasty, we ate it very quickly, four of us at a time)) Good recipe, but next time I will reduce the amount of sugar by 30 grams to suit my taste. Thanks for the recipe!

For tea I decided to bake a quick sour cream pie in the oven. As luck would have it, problems arose with the mixer, so I had to beat the eggs with sugar with a whisk and not until fluffy, as with a mixer, just until smooth. But nevertheless, my pie turned out to be soft, fluffy, porous, and homemade. On top of the dough I laid slices of peeled apple for flavor and juiciness. I baked the cake in a silicone cake pan.
