Mmmm, what a delicious pie. I was just looking for something floury, but not sweet, and then I came across this recipe! It seems like it doesn’t take much time to prepare, and the ingredients are such that you practically always have them on hand. I would like to make a small note: usually the cabbage is stewed into the filling. If the cabbage is simply grated, it may not have time to become soft in such a short time. I liked the idea of ​​the recipe, I especially like the fact that it doesn’t take much time, I would add, or rather change, the way of preparing the cabbage.

Yes, you need to stew the cabbage, preferably in milk. It turns out very tasty. The dough is interesting and without any problems.

Cabbage does not have to be boiled or stewed. I have a grater with a shredder, I grated the cabbage on the shredder and mashed it with salt, everything was well baked and the filling was soft.
