STEP 1
From this recipe you will learn how to bake quick kefir pies in the oven. We will need these products for the test. You can use any filling you like.

Heat kefir and butter until warm.
STEP 3
Add sugar, salt and mix.
STEP 4
Mix the yeast with flour (be sure to sift the flour) and add to this mass. If the yeast is not fast-acting, but in granules, then it can be pre-diluted in 2 tbsp. warm water and a little sugar for 15 minutes or use fresh yeast 30-40g, but then add it to kefir with butter.

Mix everything.

We begin to add sifted flour in parts.

Mix every time.

Knead the dough, cover the bowl with a napkin and leave in a warm place until the dough rises (about 20-30 minutes).

Pinch off a small piece of dough and knead it with your hands into a flat cake on a table sprinkled with flour.

Let's prepare the filling - I have two types.

Place a heaping tablespoon of filling in the middle of the flatbreads.
STEP 12
We form the pies, tightly pinching the edges.

Place the pies on a baking sheet, seam side down, and let rise a little while the oven preheats.

Beat the yolks with a fork.
STEP 15
Grease the pies with yolk using a silicone brush and place in the oven.
STEP 16
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
