STEP 1
How to bake cinnamon rolls from puff pastry? Prepare your ingredients. It is better to use the dough in plates - it is more convenient to roll it out. The dough needs to be removed from the freezer about an hour before. It is important that the plates do not stick together. Therefore, you need to open the package with the dough, transfer the plates with parchment, return them back to the package and close it tightly so that the dough does not dry out. STEP 2
Melt the butter in a water bath or in the microwave. Read how to do this correctly at the end of the recipe. Cool the melted butter to room temperature. Turn the oven to 180 degrees.

In a bowl, combine sugar with ground cinnamon and stir.
STEP 4
Dust the table with flour to prevent the dough from sticking to the surface when rolling out. It is also better to lightly dust the dough itself with flour so that the rolling pin does not stick to it. Roll out each plate into a rectangular layer and cut into squares with a side of approximately 20*20 cm.

Using a pastry brush, brush each square of dough with melted butter.
STEP 6
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over the entire surface of the dough.

Cut each roll lengthwise with a sharp knife, not reaching the end 1.5-2 cm.

Intertwine the resulting strips of dough with each other and form a round wreath. Pass the ends of the dough into the resulting loop in the place where you started weaving the wreath.

Bake the buns in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven.
