Potatoes with smoked chicken in the oven

Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into thin slices

Add some aromatic herbs, in my case these are herbes de Provence, but you can take basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano or your other favorite spices

We pass the garlic through a press, or chop it in any other available way.

Add vegetable oil

Mix well so that each potato slice is coated with aromatic spices and vegetable oil.
STEP 8

Transfer to a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, let's prepare a "coat" for the potatoes, for this we cut the onion and chop the smoked chicken.

Transfer all ingredients into a container

Add mayonnaise or sour cream, mix - and the fur coat is ready! I didn't add salt, because... I already have salted cheese and chicken, but this is a matter of taste - you can add a little more salt

After 30 minutes our potatoes are almost ready, they should be soft when we pierce them
STEP 14

Cover the potatoes with the resulting coat and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes
