Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Wash and dry young potatoes, preferably the same size.
STEP 2
Cut the potatoes in half. Brush the potato halves with oil.
STEP 3
Cut the meat fillet into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and herbs, mix with the meat and add salt.
STEP 4
Cut the cheese into thin strips. Stuff the potato halves with minced meat. Make a cheese lattice on top of the meat filling. Cover a baking sheet with paper and place the potatoes on it.
STEP 5
Bake at 180* for about 40 minutes (but use your stove as a guide). That's it, the stuffed potatoes are ready. It's time to try. Bon appetit!

Wonderful and tasty, very beautiful recipe for making potatoes. We just eat potatoes almost every day, and such a dish adds variety to our table. Moreover, in preparing such a dish there is only one difficulty: dividing the potatoes in half and taking out the middle, well, I think it’s not difficult, and the filling can be any meat or sausage, even finely chopped sausages will do. Everything goes with potatoes. And what kind of cheese to choose is also at your discretion, the main thing is that it is hard and grates and melts well.
