Potatoes baked in the oven with smoked meats and wild garlic
A delicious dinner with this recipe will be ready in half an hour! My family doesn’t really like potatoes; they eat more porridge, beans, and pasta, but they always eat these potatoes with pleasure. And this dish is prepared very quickly. My husband and I work together, and it often happens that we come home from work and need to quickly prepare dinner, but we no longer have the strength. That's when the recipe for your favorite potatoes comes to the rescue.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Wash the potatoes well, do not peel them, cut them into large slices. Place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. The brisket, I had smoked, cut into cubes and add to the potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste and place in the oven preheated to 200C for 20 minutes. Look at your oven.
STEP 2

Remove the baking sheet from the oven, stir our potatoes with a wooden spatula and sprinkle with finely chopped wild garlic. Place back in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
