STEP 1

Prepare potato yeast dough according to the recipe from here: http://eda-recepty.com/cooking/11687-kartofelnoe-drojjevoe-testo
STEP 2

Divide the dough into 2 parts. And we form it into focaccia. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and place the products there. Leave to proof again for 20 minutes.
STEP 3

Place the olives, cut into rings, on the focaccia.
STEP 4

Bake the focaccia in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, about 40 minutes. After baking, the product should come off the baking sheet well and, when tapped, have a dull sound, as if you were knocking on an empty barrel. Remove the focaccia from the oven and cover it with a clean towel and let it rest for about 20-30 minutes.
STEP 5

Now it can be served. This is delicious!
