Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water until tender, mash with a potato masher.

While the potatoes are cooling, prepare the filling. Fry the minced meat with finely chopped onion, spices and seasonings to taste. I added basil. If the minced meat is low-fat, add vegetable oil during frying.

Combine the cooled potatoes with chopped herbs, egg and mix well.

Add flour and knead the dough.
STEP 6

Grease a baking tray well with vegetable oil and spread the potato dough into circles about 1 cm thick.
STEP 7

Brush each cheesecake with beaten egg.
STEP 8

Then place the filling in the middle of each cheesecake, pressing it down a little.
STEP 9

Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
STEP 10

We bake potato cheesecakes at 180 degrees. about 20 minutes until golden brown.
