To prepare pork with mustard in foil, baked in the oven, I did not take a whole piece of meat, but four pieces of pork loin on the bone. To be honest, I didn’t weigh the meat and just eyeballed the ingredients for the marinade. Instead of Dijon mustard I used regular Russian mustard. The meat was marinated for a little over an hour. I didn't have much foil left, so I just covered the top of the meat with it. The meat was baked for half an hour under foil and another 15 minutes without it. The meat turned out very aromatic, soft, juicy. The mustard did not add much spiciness, but it did brighten the taste of the meat itself. It turned out very tasty. The family was satisfied. Thank you very much for the recipe!

Thank you for participating in the Best Recipe of the Week competition. I’m embarrassed to ask... what is the box with Raffaello doing in the shot with the chicken?))) It’s very bright, it distracts the eye with red ribbons, plus the box also hints at dessert, but we seem to have a second course. This box will look great with a cake of the same name or with a dessert decorated with these sweets. Don't throw away the box - it's an excellent decoration for the background, but in appropriate dishes. In this shot, I would add a second glass instead of a box and pour red/rose wine or champagne into it. So we would dilute the photo with a muted red color, but more consistent with the main idea of the frame. Otherwise everything is fine.
