I bought pork neck at the store. When I was cutting up the meat, I set aside small suitable pieces to fry according to this recipe. I marinated the steaks in lemon juice with salt, ground black pepper and spices (Italian herbs) for 20 minutes. Then I fried the pork neck in a frying pan for 5 minutes on each side. After removing from the heat, I let it sit covered for another 10 minutes. The meat turned out very tasty! It was cooked well and came out soft, juicy and flavorful! We ate the pork with pleasure!
