How to make pollock with tomatoes? To prepare this dish, take the ingredients according to the list: pollock, tomatoes, cheese (in this case Russian), onions, egg and milk, sunflower oil, salt.
STEP 2

Clean the fish, gut it, cut off the fins and tails with scissors. Cut into portions. Pepper, salt, rub with oil.
STEP 3

Pour sunflower oil over the bottom of the baking dish. Place onion cut into large pieces on the bottom. If you have it, you can add a piece of celery stalk, it will be juicier.

Place the prepared pollock in a layer on the onion.

In a glass, beat the egg with milk and salt. Pour over fish.

Cut the tomatoes into half rings and place them on the fish.
STEP 7

Cover the entire contents with grated cheese.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about half an hour.
