STEP 1
We take the ingredients from which we will prepare our dish.

Coarsely chop the loaf and soak in milk. You can use yesterday's.
STEP 3
Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces and grind it using a meat grinder, blender or food processor.
STEP 4
Add the loaf to the minced meat, from which you must first squeeze out the excess liquid, and mix. Then grind the resulting mass again.

Salt and pepper the finished minced meat to taste.
STEP 6
For breading we will not use ready-made breadcrumbs, but a loaf. Let's cut it into small rectangles and put them in a hot oven for a while so that they dry out a little and become crispy.

Cut the butter into rectangles. With wet hands, form the minced meat into a flat cake and place a piece of butter in the middle.
STEP 8
Cover with the second minced meat cake, give the schnitzel an oval shape and pinch the edges tightly. The schnitzel must be whole so that during cooking, oil does not leak out of it, which will warm up and become liquid.
STEP 9
Beat the egg with a fork. We lower the workpiece into it and dip it on all sides.
STEP 10
Then roll it in homemade breadcrumbs. We make the rest of the schnitzels in the same way.
STEP 11
Fry them over medium heat in deep fat or in a frying pan in deep oil until golden brown. When all the Polesie Schnitzels are fried, put them in a baking dish or baking sheet and put them in the oven for 10 minutes. They should hatch there at a temperature of 170 degrees.
