Polesie style minced chicken schnitzel

A very original, tasty and easy to prepare recipe. Thanks to the author! Yesterday I cooked it in about 50 minutes, approximately: I have an electric meat grinder, so I “got even” with minced meat in about 5-7 minutes. Then I cut the loaf and put it in the oven. While it was browning (10-15 minutes), I beat the egg and made the flatbreads. It took me about 15 minutes to fry the schnitzels (I fried them in 2 batches, 2 pieces each). Well, accordingly, it takes 10 minutes to bake the schnitzels in the oven. Thanks again for the wonderful recipe!
