Pizza with minced beef, cheese and tomatoes

To prepare delicious pizza in the oven at home, we prepare the necessary ingredients with spices.
STEP 2

Sift three hundred and thirty grams of wheat flour into a large bowl, then pour two-thirds of a teaspoon of dry yeast into it.
STEP 3

Add two tablespoons of olive oil to a bowl.
STEP 4

Pour two hundred milliliters of warm water into a common bowl and knead the dough.
STEP 5

Pour one teaspoon of salt into a bowl and thoroughly knead the dough with your hands for five minutes.
STEP 6

Knead the dough well, then put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for one hour.
STEP 7

Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan, then put it on the stove and put three hundred and fifty grams of minced beef into it, which we fry while stirring over high heat.

Grate one onion on a fine grater.
STEP 9

Place the grated onion in the frying pan with the minced meat.
STEP 10

Mix the grated onion with the minced meat and continue frying.
STEP 11

Pour salt, suneli hops, basil, and a mixture of peppers into the pan with the minced meat to taste and continue to fry, stirring.

Grate one tomato on a fine grater, then put it in a frying pan and mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 13

Reduce the heat on the stove to minimum and continue to simmer the minced meat in the frying pan, covering it with a lid, until fully cooked for about seven to ten minutes.

After time has passed, take the dough out of the refrigerator and cut it into two equal parts.
STEP 15

We knead each piece of dough well and form them into balls, which we then cover with a towel and leave to rise at room temperature for twenty to thirty minutes.

Over time, knead the koloboks to flat cakes of the required diameter and thickness.
STEP 17

Place the cakes on a baking sheet and give them the desired shape.
STEP 18

For each flatbread, place seventy-five grams of tomato paste or ketchup and spread in an even layer, not reaching the edges of the flatbread.
STEP 19

Place green basil leaves on top of the tomato layer on the flatbread to taste.
STEP 20

Spread on each flatbread an even layer of about one hundred and twenty grams of grated Mozzarella cheese.
STEP 21

On top of the cheese layer, place half of the cooked minced meat on each flatbread and distribute it evenly.
STEP 22

Spread twenty grams of finely grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top of the layer of minced meat on each flatbread.
STEP 23

To add flavor, pour a sauce made from garlic and olive oil on top of the pizza, then decorate one of them with thinly sliced tomato and basil leaves and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to two hundred and fifty degrees to bake the pizza.
STEP 24

After seven to eight minutes, remove the cooked pizza from the oven, then place it on plates and serve.
