STEP 1

How to pickle cherry tomatoes for the winter? Prepare all the products listed on the list. Hot capsicum can be excluded from the ingredients if desired.
STEP 2

If possible, choose tomatoes of different colors. This way the preparation will look more appetizing and brighter.
STEP 3

The number of tomatoes in the recipe is indicated arbitrarily. To determine the exact number of cherry tomatoes, pour them to the top of the prepared jars. Next, return the tomatoes to the bowl, remove the stems and wash in cold water.
STEP 4

Peel the garlic. Rinse hot peppers, garlic cloves, parsley and dill umbrellas.
STEP 5

In clean, sterile jars, place a few rings of hot pepper, an umbrella of dill and a few sprigs of parsley on the bottom.
STEP 6

Add a few cloves of garlic and 3-5 peas of black or allspice to each jar. Next, fill the jars with cherry tomatoes.
STEP 7

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes up to the neck, cover with sterile lids and leave for 20-30 minutes.
STEP 8

Carefully drain the jars into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 9

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes a second time, cover again and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
STEP 10

Drain the water from the jars back into the pan. Add salt and sugar. Bring the brine to a boil and simmer for about two minutes.
STEP 11

Fill the cherry tomatoes to the top with brine, as in the photo. Add citric acid to each jar using the tip of a teaspoon.
STEP 12

Close the jars with the lids using the key. Turn the workpiece upside down and wrap it in a warm blanket. Leave until completely cool and then store in a cool place for long-term storage.
STEP 13

The most delicious salted cherry tomatoes are ready for the winter!
