Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
We wash and sterilize jars and lids. We wash and sort the pears. Divide the fruit equally among the jars. You can take fewer pears and more water.
STEP 2
Fill the jars with boiling water to the top. Cover with lids and wait 15-30 minutes until they cool slightly. If air comes out of the pears, you need to wait until all the bubbles come out.
STEP 3
Pour the water from the jars into the pan.
STEP 4
Pour in sugar and bring the resulting syrup to a boil.
STEP 5
Fill the jars with syrup.
STEP 6
Add a teaspoon of citric acid to each jar.
STEP 7
Roll up the lids. Wrap up. The warmer we wrap it, the longer it takes for our product to cool and sterilize itself.
