STEP 1
How to quickly make pasta with minced meat in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any minced meat. Choose pasta from durum wheat varieties. It is better to use a frying pan with a non-stick coating. Heat the frying pan until hot and pour in just a little vegetable oil. Then place the minced meat in a hot frying pan and mash it with a wooden spatula. Fry the minced meat for 5-7 minutes.
STEP 2
While the minced meat is frying, peel the onions and carrots. Rinse them in running water and chop them - finely chop the onion with a sharp knife, and grate the carrots on a coarse or medium grater.
STEP 3
Add chopped onions and carrots to the pan with the fried minced meat. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
STEP 4
Measure out the required amount of pasta.
STEP 5
Then add the prepared pasta to the pan and add hot water. Add a little salt and spices to your taste. Stir and bring to a boil. Then cover with a lid and reduce the heat. Simmer everything together for 12-15 minutes until the pasta is ready. If all the water has evaporated and the pasta is still damp, you can add just a little more hot water to let it cook.
