Lately I've been enjoying frying (or baking?) pancakes. They are not at all greasy and very tasty. This recipe attracted me with its simplicity; I just needed to prepare a quick breakfast. I made two servings at once so that everyone could get some. I read how to serve pancakes correctly and also wanted to serve this way. Drizzle strawberry syrup on top. It turned out delicious! By the way, pancakes have a dough structure similar to a sponge cake and the syrup is absorbed very quickly, it turns out like an impregnation. And my daughter ate them with cottage cheese. He says it looks like a cake) In general, the pancakes turned out fluffy, airy, and porous. They are soft and pleasant to the touch. And how delicious! You can eat them with jam, sour cream, chocolate spread. The recipe is great!

Thanks for the recipe! The pancakes turned out really fluffy, and most importantly - simple and quick to prepare! However, for me they turned out a little too salty, next time I’ll add less than 0.5 tsp. salt.
