We remove the zest from the orange, carefully remove only the yellow part, without taking the white skin, we will need about 1 tsp. zest or to taste

and squeeze the juice, we need 90 ml of juice.
STEP 4

Cream butter at room temperature with sugar.

Add 2 eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each.
STEP 6

Add zest and juice.

Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the butter-egg mixture and knead the dough.
STEP 8

Fill cupcake molds 2/3 with dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes. Instead of small cupcakes, this cupcake can be baked in a large pan.
STEP 9

Let the finished cupcakes cool and serve for tea! Bon appetit!
