I agree with Antip. I immediately remember my childhood, the Christmas tree, the New Year.

You know, during the holidays I try to find new dishes to please my family. and then one day I asked - what to cook? - and the men answered in unison - Olivier! So, an old, familiar dish doesn’t mean it’s not tasty! This salad will always be associated with the New Year, with the one we had in childhood

The cold weather has set in, and I'm drawn to Olivier. No matter how many other salads you want, this one always reminds you of childhood and holidays.

Olivier, this salad is a tradition! It never gets boring, it never tastes bad! Yes, it is a little complicated due to the preparation time: cooking, slicing... but this salad decorates any table, gives the mood a feeling of celebration and something good. New Year without Olivier is not New Year) Personally, I sometimes cook it just like that. With no reason. I just add 1-2 regular fresh cucumbers. and definitely greens. By the way, just like in the recipe, I make it exclusively with sausage (any doctor’s sausage and the like. I don’t like this salad with meat. It’s much tastier and softer to eat with sausage, so to speak.
