I was looking for a healthy cookie recipe on the site. For a while I only baked oatmeal cookies. I liked this recipe because I already had roasted peanuts. I decided to cook according to this recipe for a change. For taste, in addition to peanuts, I added raisins. This is delicious. The cookies may stick slightly to the parchment paper, but the main thing is to remove them carefully so as not to spoil the appearance. The cookies turned out delicious, and most importantly, healthy. I recommend.

Very tasty and aromatic cookies with a rich nutty taste! Only the dough turned out too dry and crumbly—I had to add a few tablespoons of water. Sugar in moderation. Next time I'll add a little salt to balance the taste. And the cookies also had one very serious flaw - they flew off the table too quickly.

Good afternoon, thanks for the recipe! The cookies turned out delicious, fragrant, crispy, soft inside, the children especially liked them. The recipe just doesn’t indicate how large the flakes you take; at my own discretion, this time I took the medium size and also added candied fruits. Previously I tried it with large flakes and ground ones. With ground ones it’s also great, with coarse ones it’s a bit harsh, it’s not for everyone, but it’s more useful
