No-bake banana cake made from cookies

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

To prepare a delicious no-bake banana cake from cookies, prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2

Soak twenty-five grams of gelatin in a container with two hundred grams of milk and, after mixing well, set aside for swelling. Grind three hundred grams of cookies with a blender to which we add one hundred grams of soft butter and mix well to obtain shortbread dough for the future cake.
STEP 3

We place the crumbs on the bottom of the mold and spread it compactly, having previously covered the sides with cling film so as not to damage the cake, then put it in the refrigerator for thirty minutes, leaving a small part of the crumbs for later use.
STEP 4

We prepare a beautiful caramel base and pour two hundred grams of sugar into a saucepan, pour fifty milliliters of water, then put it on the stove and stir the sugar syrup with a whisk. Heat two hundred and fifty grams of 33% cream in a container on the stove, but do not bring it to a boil.
STEP 5

Lower the heat on the stove and carefully pour two hundred and fifty grams of hot cream into the prepared caramel base in a thin stream, then stir with a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved and the caramel filling is ready.
STEP 6

Place the well-swollen gelatin in a mug, place it on the stove and dissolve it completely, but do not bring it to a boil.
STEP 7

Place five hundred grams of fresh cottage cheese in a large bowl, add one teaspoon of vanilla sugar, two tablespoons of milk and grind with a blender until smooth, then pour the caramel into the curd mass and thoroughly mix all the ingredients again.
STEP 8

Add two tablespoons of the curd mass to the mug with the cooled gelatin and mix well until smooth, then pour the gelatin into the bowl with the curd mass and stir thoroughly.
STEP 9

We take the mold with the base out of the refrigerator and pour half of the curd-gelatin mass into it, well distributing it, then sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.
STEP 10

Place the banana cut into rings on top of the crumbs and pour in the remaining curd-gelatin mass, which we carefully level with a spoon and put in the refrigerator for one hour.
STEP 11

To prepare the chocolate glaze, place one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of sugar in a saucepan.
STEP 12

Add one tablespoon of cocoa powder to the saucepan.
STEP 13

We also add one tablespoon of milk to the saucepan and melt it on the stove at a temperature below average.
STEP 14

Place the prepared glaze in a baking bag and decorate the cake with beautiful chocolate patterns with smudges.
STEP 15

Decorate the top of the cake with pieces of chocolate and nuts to taste and desire. Happy cake making and bon appetit!
